Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center

A program of the Dignity Health Neurological Institute, the MS Achievement Center makes wellness accessible and improves the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis. The MS Achievement Center opened its doors in 2014 and is the first center of its kind in Northern California. 

Designed to enhance physical, cognitive and emotional wellness for people living with multiple sclerosis, the MS Achievement Center conducts day wellness programs, which provide tools and strategies to improve health. The Center also provides outreach education and programs such as caregiver support groups, Yoga, Pilates, music therapy and wellness education seminars throughout Northern California.

All programs are available to anyone who has been diagnosed with MS regardless of where they receive medical care.
