Mercy Foundation—From 1954 Until the End of Need
For more than six decades, Mercy Foundation has taken inspiration from the rich history of the Sisters of Mercy, believing in the inherent dignity and value of all people, and in the generosity of the human spirit.
Since our founding in 1954, Mercy Foundation has partnered with the community to further the mission of the Sisters of Mercy, who have served the Sacramento region since 1857. Together, we help feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, provide opportunities for at-risk youth, and care for the sick at local Dignity Health hospitals and clinics.
Our ability to aid the most vulnerable is only sustained through individual acts of generosity and kindness. Join us as we continue our mission “until the end of need.”
Thanks to an operating grant from Dignity Health, Mercy Foundation is able to direct 100% of contributions to the programs donors choose.
